Yan Margolin is a successful lawyer. He received a humanities degree from NYU and a J.D. from USC’s Gould School of Law. He is Jewish and lives in a yuppie-run neighborhood in Manhattan. He nerds out on history and has a Faust metaphor for every occasion.

Yan is also a conservative.

I had the privilege of speaking with Yan on The Pens and Poison Podcast last year. If I learned anything from our conversation, it is that—contrary to popular belief—conservatives make some of the best intellectuals.
